I include this Cookie Care card with each of my custom cookie orders with a few tips to ensure that your cookies are looking and tasting their best when you need them to be But the most important one? It’s a bit counterintuitive, but… DO NOT REFRIGERATE!! The dry air inside your fridge acts like a dehumidifier and sucks the moisture out of your cookies The temperature change also causes condensation when you take them out to room temperature, and moisture is royal icing’s biggest enemy!
