Celebrating another grad with Boston University cookies!

🎓 Another local grad celebrated this past weekend!
‼️🛑 Don’t do it!!
I include this Cookie Care card with each of my custom cookie orders with a few tips to ensure that your cookies are looking and tasting their best when you need them to be
But the most important one?
It’s a bit counterintuitive, but…
DO NOT REFRIGERATE!!
The dry air inside your fridge acts like a dehumidifier and sucks the moisture out of your cookies
The temperature change also causes condensation when you take them out to room temperature, and moisture is royal icing’s biggest enemy!
So resist the urge to pop that cookie box in the fridge, and keep them at room temperature, out of direct sunlight instead!
