FAQ

How far in advance do custom cookie orders need to be placed?

Custom cookie orders take at least 2 weeks to complete. This allows time for 3D printing custom cookie cutters, making fresh dough and icing, mixing icing colors, cutting and baking cookies, decorating cookies, allowing them to dry, and packaging.

I limit the number of orders I accept to ensure high quality, so make sure to place your order request as soon as possible to reserve your date!

How much do custom cookies cost?

Cookie pricing varies based on size, number of colors, and complexity of your design. See the pricing page for more information or submit an order request for a quote.

What areas do you serve?

I deliver custom cookie orders within Maplewood and South Orange, New Jersey. Local pickup is also available from my Maplewood location. I currently do not ship cookie orders.

How do you package cookies?

Each cookie is individually packaged in a clear plastic bag and heat sealed for freshness. Custom cookie orders are packed in a kraft bakery box.

How long do cookies stay fresh?

Cookies taste the freshest within one week of receiving your order. To enjoy your cookies later, freeze for up to 3 months in an air tight container.

How should I store my custom cookie order?

Keep cookies in an air tight container placed in a dry area away from direct sunlight. DO NOT store them in the refrigerator. Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months in an air tight container and thawed at room temperature before enjoying.

Do your cookies contain allergens?

Custom cookies are made with dough containing wheat, eggs, and milk. They are made and packaged in a kitchen that also prepares fish, Crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, and soybeans.
